  • Lessees are required to present Direct Debit Payment for all leases $10,000 or greater.
  • All Lease applications require a Personal Guarantor (PG)

  • Our documentation fee is $125.00, if we prepare the documents it is  $175.
  • A Scores are available for equipment costs between $500 and $25,000.
    O,P,S & T scores are available for equipment costs between $500 and $15,000.
    Q scores are available for equipment costs less than $7,500.
    U scores are available for equipment costs under $5,000.
  • All leases have a fair market value lease option at the end of the term.  For  A  Credits Scores a Fair Market Value Lease Option is available in AL, IL, MI, MN, NC, ND, TX and VT.  In all other states the customer will own the asset upon satisfaction of the lease obligation.
  • We reserve the right to modify these lease factors based on market conditions.
  • We are unable to review transactions greater than $15,000 – without exception.
  • We are unable to offer leasing for used equipment or to Non-Profits, Mortgage Companies, or State & Local governments.
